The task was the complete interior renewal of a 33-square-meter studio apartment intended for rental. The owner's goal was clear: a minimalist yet truly elegant home, delivered at an affordable level but standing out on the rental market.
Cost efficiency here did not mean cutting corners – it meant that every decision was deliberate. Every centimetre works for the space. The furniture was custom-designed for the specific room, and consciously paired with the wall panels: this way, the space does not feel like "furniture plus walls," but a single, flowing, harmonious composition.
For the sake of total visual unity, a custom wall artwork was also created in-house, designed and produced by us. This attention to detail is what sets our work apart: not just the main elements, but the accessories tell the same visual story.
The result: a studio apartment with character, yet timeless – exactly the kind of home that finds a tenant quickly at a good price, and keeps its sense of freshness for years.
