Another rental apartment came to us – the owner had already seen the result of our earlier studio project and asked for exactly the same approach: a minimalist, elegant look that would keep the return on investment within realistic limits.
We followed a clear principle for this: nothing unnecessary, but everything that is there should be of excellent quality and exactly in the right place. The furniture was custom-built and consciously matched to the pattern of the wall panels – giving the space a unified, calming rhythm. No interruptions, no "room assembled from a catalogue" feeling.
A key feature of the living area became a custom-made wall artwork that integrates organically into the rest of the interior – the same colours, the same texture, the same soul. This is what we mean by total harmony: the artwork is not a standalone piece on the wall, it is part of the space.
According to the owner, the apartment attracted a wave of interested tenants right after the launch photos. Minimalist, refined interior design pays off – especially when every element is born from a single hand, in a single concept.
